🔑Sign in to your console
Onboarding gives you an operator account (email + password) for operator.ecandle.arkreen.com. Your account is scoped to your fleet — you see your devices, your revenue, your earnings, and nothing you don't need.
📊Read your dashboard in ten seconds
The home screen answers three questions at a glance:
- Is my fleet healthy? Live uptime per device — online, in use, or offline, with last-seen times.
- Is it earning? Power sessions and revenue, updated as payments land.
- What's mine? Your 40% cut, accrued on-chain, with a running total and per-payment detail.
💵Confirm cash payments (agent-pay)
Many customers pay cash. The flow keeps you in control and keeps the books honest:
- The customer picks a duration on the device's payment page (or you do it for them) — that creates a pending order.
- You take the cash, open the order in your console, and press Confirm cash received.
- The light turns on immediately — and the platform settles the split on-chain behind the scenes, so investors get their 50% and you get your 40% with the same rigor as a digital payment.
🛠️Handle tickets fast
When a customer reports a problem ("paid but no light", broken hardware), it lands in your console as a ticket. Work it, fix it, close it — response time is the single biggest driver of trust in a pay-per-use fleet, and your uptime record is visible to the investors who fund your next batch.
💰Withdraw your earnings
Your 40% accrues automatically — there is nothing to invoice and nothing to reconcile. When you want to cash out, open Settlement, check your withdrawable balance, and submit a withdrawal request to your payout wallet. Balances are double-checked against the chain before payout, so what you see is what you can actually take.
📦Growing the fleet
New devices are onboarded by the platform team: the device joins the network, appears in the console after a sync, and is assigned to a funded batch — from then on it earns like the rest. Ready for a bigger batch? That's a funding round: talk to ecandle@arkreen.com and investors fund the hardware.
