Operator guide · day-to-day playbook

Run the fleet.
Get paid as it earns.

Once you're onboarded as an operator, your daily work happens in one console: watch your fleet, confirm cash payments, handle customer issues, and withdraw your 40% — which accrues on-chain with every single payment. Here's the playbook.

01

🔑Sign in to your console

Onboarding gives you an operator account (email + password) for operator.ecandle.arkreen.com. Your account is scoped to your fleet — you see your devices, your revenue, your earnings, and nothing you don't need.

02

📊Read your dashboard in ten seconds

The home screen answers three questions at a glance:

  • Is my fleet healthy? Live uptime per device — online, in use, or offline, with last-seen times.
  • Is it earning? Power sessions and revenue, updated as payments land.
  • What's mine? Your 40% cut, accrued on-chain, with a running total and per-payment detail.
A device showing offline for more than a day usually means power or connectivity on site — check it before customers do.
03

💵Confirm cash payments (agent-pay)

Many customers pay cash. The flow keeps you in control and keeps the books honest:

  • The customer picks a duration on the device's payment page (or you do it for them) — that creates a pending order.
  • You take the cash, open the order in your console, and press Confirm cash received.
  • The light turns on immediately — and the platform settles the split on-chain behind the scenes, so investors get their 50% and you get your 40% with the same rigor as a digital payment.
Only confirm cash you have actually received — every confirmation creates a real on-chain settlement and is permanently recorded under your account.
04

🛠️Handle tickets fast

When a customer reports a problem ("paid but no light", broken hardware), it lands in your console as a ticket. Work it, fix it, close it — response time is the single biggest driver of trust in a pay-per-use fleet, and your uptime record is visible to the investors who fund your next batch.

05

💰Withdraw your earnings

Your 40% accrues automatically — there is nothing to invoice and nothing to reconcile. When you want to cash out, open Settlement, check your withdrawable balance, and submit a withdrawal request to your payout wallet. Balances are double-checked against the chain before payout, so what you see is what you can actually take.

Your earnings exist on-chain from the moment each payment settles — withdrawal is just moving them; nothing is held in an IOU.
06

📦Growing the fleet

New devices are onboarded by the platform team: the device joins the network, appears in the console after a sync, and is assigned to a funded batch — from then on it earns like the rest. Ready for a bigger batch? That's a funding round: talk to ecandle@arkreen.com and investors fund the hardware.

Common questions

When exactly do I get paid?
Your 40% accrues on-chain the moment each customer payment settles — per payment, not per month. Withdrawal to your payout wallet is on demand from the Settlement page.
What if I confirm a cash order by mistake?
Contact the platform immediately. Confirmations create real on-chain settlements, so they can't be quietly deleted — mistakes are corrected transparently through an adjustment, and the audit trail stays intact.
Do I need to understand crypto to operate?
No. The console is a normal web app with email login. The only crypto-native thing you need is a wallet address to receive your payouts — MetaMask takes five minutes to set up, and we help during onboarding.
Who pays for broken or stolen devices?
The hardware is financed by the investor pool, so the capital risk is shared rather than stacked on you. Your job is honest reporting and fast response — a well-run fleet is what gets your next batch funded.

Your fleet is waiting.
